Order Terms

Our online store offers a convenient way to buy flowers and other products from our selection and order them quickly and directly to your home or office. Orders are accepted through our online store 24 hours a day.

We deliver flowers even if you do not know the exact address of the recipient – we only need a telephone number. Our courier will contact the recipient to inform about the shipment (we will not reveal information about the flowers, nor about the sender) and arrange the delivery.

All orders are delivered by courier to the recipient during the working day, timed orders cannot be guaranteed.

The courier service fee will be added to the final amount.

We remind you that on larger holidays (Friends’, Women’s and Mother’s Day) time courier orders are not fulfilled, all orders are fulfilled during the day.

Flowers will be delivered in Põltsamaa and in the vicinity E-R on the same day if the order is placed before 16.00, weekends on the same day if the order is placed before 14.00

Elva and its surroundings (15km radius) Mon-Fri 09.00-14.00 – 11,50 € 

Flowers will be delivered to Elva and the surrounding area on weekends on the same day if the order is placed before 14.00

Sending flowers – all over Estonia

Mon-Fri 09.00 – 17.00 – 11.50 €

The price of the courier service when sending across Estonia is € 11.50 (Cargobus courier).

NB: When sending by Cargobus courier, it is not possible to fill the order on time. The order is filled within a working day.

We remind you that on larger holidays (Friends’, Women’s and Mother’s Day) time courier orders are not fulfilled, all orders are fulfilled during the day. We are closed on Christmas and New Year.

GENERAL

1.1 The terms and conditions apply to the merchant, Interflower OÜ (the Owner of www.iflower.eee-shop), address: Männiku tee 106c, Tallinn, Estonia, reg. code 14035367, info@iflower.ee, and the Customer between who arises legal relationship with a purchase.

1.2. In addition to these conditions, legal relations arising from the purchase of products through the online store are governed by the laws in force in the Republic of Estonia.

1.3. The merchant may change the general terms and conditions of the online store and the prices of products and services. Changes are announced on the website. Transactions are subject to conditions and prices applicable at the time of the transaction.

CHARGE/PRICE

2.1. Prices include the general VAT rate of the Republic of Estonia at 22%.

2.2. In the order form the price of the products are added to the handling fee for the selected delivery method. Delivery can be selected and the shipping fee will be calculated in the shopping cart.

2.3. If you have a promotional code, the product discount is calculated after entering the promotional code at the shopping cart.

ORDERING

3.1. An order is initiated with the selection of flowers or a bouquet. Selected flowers can be added to the shopping cart by clicking the button “Add to shopping cart”.

3.2. If you wish to send greetings, congratulations or other wishes with flowers, write your personal message in the box “Text on the card” in the shopping cart. Interflower does not add the shipment any information about the Sender if the Sender has indicated so by marking the “Do not publish sender” option in the shopping cart.

3.3. Once you’ve added all desired items to your cart (by pressing the corresponding button), the ordering will be continued on the shopping cart page, which you can access by clicking the “Shopping Cart” button.

3.4. The shopping cart page displays your whole order. Displayed is the name of the product, the price, the quantity of the items and the total sum of the order. You can change the quantity of goods in the row of the relevant product line.

3.5. On the payment page, you must fill in all the asterisked fields (*) and choose the suitable delivery and payment method.

3.6. Shipping terms can be found on the “Flower Courier” page.

3.7. The Merchant’s products are creative and therefore the Merchant can not guarantee that the appearance of the ordered product is exactly the same as presented in the picture. Pictures of the products are illustrative.

3.8. The Merchant has the right to use other coloured flowers in the absence of flowers ordered in order to fulfil the order. The merchant has an obligation to ensure that changing the colour of the flower does not reduce the financial value of the order.

PAYMENT 

4.1. You can pay for your order through a bank link or with a credit card. After payment be sure to click on the button “Return to the merchant”. If you reach the Interflower online store after pressing the button, the order has been successful.

4.2. After making the purchase and paying for your order, you will receive an e-mail notification with a receipt. In case you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please call the number +372 556 22 483 for further details.

4.3. If after clickingthe return buttonyour Internet browser crashes or there are other complications, please contact us by phone (+372 556 22 483) or email: info@iflower.ee to ascertain that your order has been received by the Merchant. Upon your payment we will receive corresponding information and your order will be dealt with.

 FILLING AN ORDER

5.1. On bigger holidays (Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day and Mother’s Day) we do not offer time-based courier delivery. All orders will be processed during the day of purchase.

5.2.Orders are not filled on public holidays.

5.3. Flowers are seasonal products and all flowers/colours may not always be available in all stores. Interflower reserves the right to replace materials when necessary and within the amount of the order. In case of major substitutions, we will contact the sender by telephone or by e-mail to agree on the replacement.

5.4. The Recipient is contacted if necessary.

5.5. If we are unable to contact the Recipient, we will contact the Sender by email or by phone.

5.6. The order is delivered by a courier service provider, not a florist.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

6.1. In the absence of ordered goods and in case of unfitness of replacement goods, the Merchant will cancel the order. The order may be cancelled partially or completely. The customer is immediately informed about the cancellation. In case of partial cancellation, the Merchant may ask the Customer to confirm the status of the remaining order – either to send or cancel as well.

6.2. If the order is cancelled, the customer will be refunded as soon as possible but not later than within 14 days.

6.3. The Merchant has the right to cancel the order if necessary by refunding the total amount paid by the Customer.

 RETURN POLICY

7.1. Flowers are perishable goods and therefore can not be returned, unless the ordered item is not in compliance with the order (false or defected item).

RIGHT TO SUBMIT A CLAIM

8.1. The online store is responsible if the product does not meet the contractual terms of the goods sold to the Customer or if the defect is pointed out at the time of delivery. The rejection of this assumption is the responsibility of the online store.

8.2. In case of a defect the Customer has the right to contact the Merchant within 12 hours after receiving the product by sending an email to info@iflower.eeor calling +372 556 22 483.

8.3. The Merchant is not liable for any defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods. If the merchandise purchased from the online store has defects for which the Merchant is responsible, the defected goods will be repaired or replaced. If the goods can not be repaired or replaced, the Merchant will return to the buyer all fees associated with the sales contract.

8.4. The Merchant responds to a complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 3 days.

DISTRIBUTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

9.1. The online store uses personal data entered by the Customer (including name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) for processing order and shipping goods to the Customer. The online store forwards personal information to the transport service companies in order for them to deliver the goods.

9.2. The online store sends the Customer newsletters and special offers only if the Customer has expressed an interest by entering the email address on the website and indicated a wish to receive direct e-mail notifications. The buyer can at any time cancel the offers and newsletters by sending an email or by following the corresponding instructions in the newsletters.

OTHER CONDITIONS

10.1. Customer and Order information stored in the online store environment is treated as confidential. The merchant will not disclose data to third parties.

10.2. Data communication between the Customer, bank and the card payment centre is encrypted. This ensures the security of the Customer’s personal data and bank details. The Merchant does not have access to the Customer’s confidential bank and card information.

10.3. The disagreements between the Customer and the Merchant will be settled by negotiations. The Merchant replies complaints by email no later than within 5 business days. If the Client and the Merchant can not resolve the dispute with an agreement, the Customer can contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee. You can read about the procedural conditions and submit an application here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between the Customer and the Merchant. The Customer’s appeal is reviewed by the Commission free of charge.

10.4. The Customer can contact the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution Platform.

10.5. Disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
